By booking with Tsangpo, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming your booking.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation by Customers Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure A 10% cancellation fee will apply 90% refund will be processed within 5–7 business days No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours
2.2 Cancellation by Management

Sunset & Sundown Cruises:
Full refund of cruise fare if cancelled due to weather Food and beverages will be chargeable

Dinner Cruise:
No refund in case of non-sailing due to weather
Scheduled activities (dinner, cultural programs, live music) will continue

3. Reporting Time
Guests must report 30 minutes prior to departure Boarding closes 10 minutes before sailing Late arrivals may result in denial of boarding without refund

4. Conduct on Board
Tsangpo reserves the right to: Deny boarding to guests engaging in misconduct Remove guests during the cruise if necessary. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

5. Ticket Transfer & Modifications:
Tickets are non-transferable
Changes allowed only if requested 24 hours in advance
Subject to availability
No changes permitted within 24 hours of departure

6. Itinerary & Program Changes
All itineraries are subject to change due to:
Weather conditions
River conditions
Operational requirements
Tsangpo reserves the right to modify programs accordingly.

7. Seating & Table Allocation
Seating arrangements are managed at the discretion of Tsangpo. Guests agree to comply with assigned seating.

8. Accuracy of Information
Guests must provide accurate booking details. Incorrect information may result in cancellation without refund.

9. Outside Food, Beverages & Pets
Outside food and beverages are not allowed
Pets are strictly prohibited

10. Fitness Requirements
Guests should have basic physical fitness, as boarding may involve stairs.

11. Health Disclaimer
Tsangpo is not responsible for any health-related issues or medical conditions experienced during the cruise.

12. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam.

13. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, videos, etc.) is the property of Tsangpo and protected under applicable copyright laws.

14. Modifications to Terms
Tsangpo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
